Dusk

Nevis and Redonda from Providence Estate, Montserrat, West Indies

It’s a quiet day here – still at Mom’s, watching golf, What Not to Wear, and about to go on our daily forced march. Knitting continues on the Husband second-sock, and I’m about a quarter done with the edging on the Pi Shawl.

The original EZ pattern looked like flower petals to me. So, I modified the last section’s chart a bit to add another row of half-petals, and selected Sharon Miller’s simple Doris Edging from Heirloom Knitting to continue the diamond motif.

Lastly, it’s odd writing as if someone were reading, yet not knowing if anyone is there.
